Proudly owned and operated by Warren Whelan who is a Licensed Building Practitioner (BP105617) and has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, and has been completing building inspections for over 20 years in the wider South Island.

All inspections are carried out to NZS4306:2005 for compliance with the required New Zealand standards. Warren prides himself on having inspections completed in a professional, timely manner.
